By accessing or using RaiseFi (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
RaiseFi is a non-custodial, blockchain-based crowdfunding platform that facilitates direct transactions between creators and contributors. We do not take custody of funds, control campaigns, or guarantee outcomes.
2. Platform Description
2.1 What RaiseFi Is

3. User Eligibility

To use RaiseFi, you must:

Important: It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your use of RaiseFi complies with your local laws. We are NOT responsible for your failure to comply with applicable regulations.
4. User Accounts and Verification Tiers

5. Creator Responsibilities
5.1 Campaign Creation
As a creator, you agree to:

- Promise financial returns or investment opportunities
6. Contributor Rights and Responsibilities
6.1 Do Your Own Research (DYOR)
CRITICAL: Contributing to campaigns is AT YOUR OWN RISK. You MUST:

- Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible

7.3 Fund Release

- Contributors have NO refund rights after successful funding
- Creators assume full responsibility for product delivery
For failed campaigns (did not reach funding goal):
- No funds are released to creators
- Contributors must actively claim refunds (see Section 8)
- Platform charges zero fees
- Blockchain network fees still apply to refund claims
8. Refund Process for Failed Campaigns

- Product delivery disputes are between creator and contributor only
- Blockchain transactions are final
This is why DYOR (Do Your Own Research) is critical before contributing.

- No content infringes third-party intellectual property
- All images, videos, and materials are legally owned or licensed
- Product designs do not violate patents, trademarks, or copyrights
10. Prohibited Activities

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAISEFI’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PLATFORM FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

RAISEFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RaiseFi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
